Gem Accommodation

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully, as they contain important information about limitations of liability and resolution of disputes through arbitration rather than court.


Your e-mail address and data; Our privacy policy; Data transmittal

When you provide your e-mail address, name or other information to us in connection with your use or access to the Site, any service or tool provided on the Site or otherwise, you agree to allow the Site to add your e-mail address, name or other information provided to our database of users. You may receive one or more promotional e-mails from either the Site or our website. You are welcome to opt not to receive such promotional e-mails from the Site at any time. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information regarding our email and other data collection practices and safeguards, and how to opt not to receive such emails. Your use of the Site signifies your acknowledgment of, and agreement with, our Privacy Policy.  We adhere to strong principles of privacy. You agree that we may access and use your user-contributed content in accordance with these Terms or our Privacy Policy and we agree that we will only disclose your user-contributed content in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Check ins and Check outs

Our check-in starts from 2:00 PM up to 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM an extra late night check in fee of 20€ is required at the check in.

All the check out finishes at 12:00 PM.

Minimum Stay

We have a minimum stay of 2 nights and we haven´t any maximum stay.

Parties or events

It is not allowed to hold events or parties inside of our properties. Gem Apartments serves only for accommodation.


Pets are not allowed; Pets are only allowed in properties with outside space and upon request

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome.

We can arrange children’s cots/cribs on request


Smoking is allowed only at the windows; Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited


Cancellation Policies

Full refund if the cancellation is made up to 30 days in advance.

30 % of the total amount is required if cancellation is made between 30 – 16 days.

50 % of the total amount is required if cancellation is made between 15 – 08 days.

70 % of the total amount is required if cancellation is made between 7 – 1 days.

100 % of the total amount is required if cancellation is made within 24 hours or No Show

  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is canceled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees – the total nightly rate are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Gem Accommodation within 24 hours of check-in.
  • Gem Accommodation will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
  • A reservation is officially canceled when the guest receives a cancellation confirmation
  • Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.


Booking & Deposit Damage

The full amount of your stay is payable upon the check in or in some cases prior to your arrival.

In addition to the full cost of your stay, we reserve the right to charge a security deposit based on the following guest criteria:

Deposit required: 200€

A deposit damage of 200€ might be charged if any damage occurs during the guests stay.

Service Availability

The bookings are made based on availability given by our Gem Accommodation software. However, the reservation it’s only fully confirmed after receiving our booking confirmation.
