The decoration is modern and clean, with sober and Scandinavian-like details that are perfect for relaxing and enjoy Lisbon to its fullest. Though there is no elevator in this historic building, the apartment is located on the 1 st floor, and our staff will help with the luggage, in case you need them to.

Damage Deposit
A damage deposit is charged upon check-in. The damage deposit fee varies according to the property and is stated in the property’s description. Guests must leave their credit card information in the Pre-Check-In form or a cash deposit upon arrival for the damage deposit fee. If payment was made in cash, the money is refunded at check-out after proper property inspection. If there are any damages to the property, GEM SERVICED ACCOMMODATION reserves the right to deduct any required amount for repairing costs. Receipts will be sent to guests as proof of the repair, and GEM SERVICED ACCOMMODATION will refund any difference.
Note: This does not apply to Airbnb since it is already included in the total amount of the reservation.

We stayed at this apartment for a month during the Coronavirus period and it was a great experience overall. The apartment is in a location that is easy to explore, has lots of great shops and cafes, and really helps to understand the local experience. Our host Alex was super thoughtful and always very responsive and with the small things that we asked to improve, he was quick to help us out and ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible - he is also amazingly well connected to local restaurants and bars so be sure to ask him for recommendations as you won’t be disappointed! Overall this is a really high quality apartment where we felt at home very quickly and would highly recommend to anyone else.
