A damage deposit is charged upon check-in. The amount varies by property and is stated in the listing.
Guests must provide credit card details via the Pre-Check-In form or pay a cash deposit upon arrival.
If paid in cash, the amount is refunded at check-out after inspection.
If damages occur, GEM Serviced Accommodation may deduct repair costs, providing receipts and refunding any difference.

We stayed for a few weeks and really enjoyed it! The place is freshly renovated, the A/C really helps during hot weather, the kitchen has everything you need to cook something.
The host was responsive and we got some local recommendations as well which was great.
The only downside was lack of a washing machine and a noise from the airplanes (earplugs would help the light sleepers).
