If damages occur, GEM Serviced Accommodation may deduct repair costs, providing receipts and refunding any difference.

Wow!!! What a place!!! The most gorgeous apartment we’ve been in Lisbon. Once inside, you step into absolute modern luxury perfectly married with the ancient charm of Alfama.
Brand new, beautifully decorated, spacious and well-equipped. The host was lovely and helped us even with a late check-in. Perfect location — open the windows to hear Fado at night, then close them for total quiet. Stop scrolling and stay here — you won’t regret it!
