This extraordinary 3-bedroom penthouse accommodates up to 6 people and includes a gorgeous living room with a privileged view over the emblematic square of Praça da Figueira, as well as three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
The building dates to 1937, and it is considered to be a historical landmark in Lisbon. Because of this, there is no elevator in the building and access to the 4th-floor apartment is made by stairs. The décor has a solid but elegant character with hints of old Lisbon glamour and aristocratic touches. Aledrooms and living room have air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Damage Deposit
A damage deposit is charged upon check-in. The damage deposit fee varies according to the property and is stated in the property’s description. Guests must leave their credit card information in the Pre-Check-In form or a cash deposit upon arrival for the damage deposit fee. If payment was made in cash, the money is refunded at check-out after proper property inspection. If there are any damages to the property, GEM SERVICED ACCOMMODATION reserves the right to deduct any required amount for repairing costs. Receipts will be sent to guests as proof of the repair, and GEM SERVICED ACCOMMODATION will refund any difference.
Note: This does not apply to Airbnb since it is already included in the total amount of the reservation.

What an incredible apartment! Fantastic amenities, amazing location and incredible hosts. The apartment sits on Rossio Square and has a great balcony - perfect for chilling and watching the vibrant Lisbon pass by. Inside, the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen have everything you could possibly desire.
Alex and the team at Gem were attentive and fantastic communicators. We had to book last minute as we had an issue with another apartment booking. Despite the late booking, Alex and Gem did everything they could to help. They were flexible with the check-in and communicated quickly. I cannot thank them enough for getting us settled.
Show lessThis is a really exceptional apartment on the top floor overlooking Praca de Figueira. Every feature is thoughtfully done with modern conveniences and touches. You DO have to walk 4 flights of stairs to get to the apartment but it's worth it.
