Damage Deposit
A damage deposit is charged upon check-in. The damage deposit fee varies according to the property and is stated in the property’s description. Guests must leave their credit card information in the Pre-Check-In form or a cash deposit upon arrival for the damage deposit fee. If payment was made in cash, the money is refunded at check-out after proper property inspection. If there are any damages to the property, GEM SERVICED ACCOMMODATION reserves the right to deduct any required amount for repairing costs. Receipts will be sent to guests as proof of the repair, and GEM SERVICED ACCOMMODATION will refund any difference.

We had a very enjoyable time staying here. The apartment is very clean, well fitted out, and furnished. Communication was great and we would recommend staying here. We would definitely stay again.

We even asked for suggestions around to which he really put effort and gave valuable information. Flat looks exactly like we saw on AirBnb. It was spotless clean and very well designed and furnished to the very high standards. Location is superb, right in the heart of Lisbon with partial sea view towards commercial plaza from balcony. Overall , flat was amazing , service was equally nice, very highly recommended.
