Damage Deposit
A damage deposit is charged upon check-in. The damage deposit fee varies according to the property and is stated in the property’s description. Guests must leave their credit card information in the Pre-Check-In form or a cash deposit upon arrival for the damage deposit fee. If payment was made in cash, the money is refunded at check-out after proper property inspection. If there are any damages to the property, GEM SERVICED ACCOMMODATION reserves the right to deduct any required amount for repairing costs. Receipts will be sent to guests as proof of the repair, and GEM SERVICED ACCOMMODATION will refund any difference.
Note: This does not apply to Airbnb since it is already included in the total amount of the reservation.

This appartment is beautifully styled and is located in one of the best streets of Lisbon. Close to almost everything: public transportation (train, buses, trams, steps), lots of great restaurants and bars and near the waterline of the Tagus. The appartment is nice, cosy and well decorated and last but not least: I really never had such a great service from the Gem guys. Alexander is truly a perfect ambassador, not only for Gem Accomodations but also as a host while visiting Lisbon. Highly recommended.
Show lessThis apartment is perfect. On bus and tram routes. Five min walk to the swaterfront. Two good sized bedrooms, one ensuite, one with bathroom right next door. Fully equipped kitchen.
Show lessWe really enjoyed our stay at the apartment as a group of 4. The place was super clean, centrally located and convenient. It's close to local attractions & amenities such as the Time Out Market, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, etc. It was easy for us to shop and cook in the apartment when we wanted, the kitchen had all the basics. The beds were super comfortable and since the bedrooms are at the back of the apartment, there was no sound from the street. Usually, bathrooms in Lisbon have a weird smell but this apartment had renovated bathrooms that were sparkling clean, so there was no smell/other issues. Check-in/check-out was super smooth, someone met us at the apartment for both, and they let us have a late check-out since there were no other guests after us, which was so nice! Overall, we had a great stay & would definitely recommend!
