Accommodates up to 4 guests and includes free Wi-Fi. It is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), but our agent can assist with luggage. Exposed stone walls, industrial beams, and minimalist decor create a bright, spacious retreat – perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families. Ideally situated just minutes from Bairro Alto, Chiado, and Cais do Sodré.
The open-plan kitchen and living area are filled with natural light from large windows, featuring high-quality finishes and thoughtful design elements, from Edison-style lighting to mid-century-inspired furniture. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking at home, while the lounge, with soft textiles and an acoustic guitar, offers a warm, relaxed atmosphere.
The apartment includes two comfortable bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and earthy tones, the other with twin beds and a neutral palette. Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers provide convenience and privacy for all guests.

Damage Deposit
A damage deposit is charged upon check-in. The damage deposit fee varies according to the property and is stated in the property’s description. Guests must leave their credit card information in the Pre-Check-In form or a cash deposit upon arrival for the damage deposit fee. If payment was made in cash, the money is refunded at check-out after proper property inspection. If there are any damages to the property, GEM SERVICED ACCOMMODATION reserves the right to deduct any required amount for repairing costs. Receipts will be sent to guests as proof of the repair, and GEM SERVICED ACCOMMODATION will refund any difference.
Note: This does not apply to Airbnb since it is already included in the total amount of the reservation.
