Although there is no elevator, our welcome agent will happily assist with luggage upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and easy check-in.

The master bedroom features a double bed and a private en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom includes two single beds,  ideal for families or friends traveling together.Both bathrooms include walk-in showers and contemporary finishes, adding a touch of elegance to your daily routine.

General Information

Check-In

• Standard check-in time — Between 3 PM and 8 PM
• Check-in between 8 PM and 12 PM, Sundays and Bank Holidays — extra 30 € fee (paid to the Welcome Agent)
• Late check-in between 12 PM and 2 AM — extra 50 € fee
• Early check-in — upon request with additional cost (if possible)

Check-Out

• Standard check-out time — 11 AM
• Late check-out — always on request with additional cost (if possible)

Damage Deposit

A damage deposit is charged upon check-in. The amount varies by property and is stated in the listing.
Guests must provide credit card details via the Pre-Check-In form or pay a cash deposit upon arrival.
If paid in cash, the amount is refunded at check-out after inspection.
If damages occur, GEM Serviced Accommodation may deduct repair costs, providing receipts and refunding any difference.
