Located in the old city centre, this historical gem in Baixa accommodates up to 5 people, with two double bedrooms plus a small guest room with a sofa bed for an extra person. The living room is spacious and the heart of the home, right next to the dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. One of the double bedrooms has an en suite bathroom; the other, though slightly smaller, gets plenty of light and overlooks the main street, the famous Rua dos Sapateiros.
The decoration was thought to enhance the soul of Lisbon that can be felt in this neighbourhood: small but cosy rooms with details of traditional building materials, such as wood and stone. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a unique historic building, and there is no elevator. The Wi-Fi serves the entire house.

Damage Deposit
A damage deposit is charged upon check-in. The damage deposit fee varies according to the property and is stated in the property’s description. Guests must leave their credit card information in the Pre-Check-In form or a cash deposit upon arrival for the damage deposit fee. If payment was made in cash, the money is refunded at check-out after proper property inspection. If there are any damages to the property, GEM SERVICED ACCOMMODATION reserves the right to deduct any required amount for repairing costs. Receipts will be sent to guests as proof of the repair, and GEM SERVICED ACCOMMODATION will refund any difference.
Note: This does not apply to Airbnb since it is already included in the total amount of the reservation.

Stylish 2-bed apartment with 2 bathrooms, and you can't get a better location than this! The Gem team was responsive, very punctual and very friendly. Two things to be aware of: the apartment is up 3 flights of stairs (not a problem for us, but for some could be a deciding factor), and the check-in/out procedure, while easy and with the friendly Gem team, is specific check-in/ out time with an individual, not a lock-box as some AirBnBs are. If you're happy with both of those, then highly recommend!
Show lessPerfect location to explore all of Lisbon. There are a few stairs to negotiate but nothing too strenuous. The living space is generous and kitchen comfortable, great to come home to after (or during) a day out. The second bedroom is quite small, but manageable. Our only issue with the apartment was the shower situation - both bathrooms are small, but the showers are probably smaller than you'd like (and the master bedroom shower was a handheld rather than being mounted on the wall). Apart from this, we loved staying here and would certainly recommend it to any future visitors to Lisbon. Thank you!
Show lessClean and comfortable flat in an excellent location in central Lisbon. Location is just a few steps away from the Metro. Check-in and checkout was easy and efficient. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area.
