This historical gem in noble Estrela is as stunning as one would think in such a gorgeous neighbourhood. Inside, all rooms are cosy and decorated with great taste and care, with no detail left behind. The entrance is made through the spacious living room, which communicates with a bedroom with separate beds and a central hall that gives access to two more bedrooms, the bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen — one of the brightest rooms in the apartment, thanks to the natural light coming in through the large windows.
The 19th -century building was restored in 2014, but still maintains its original façade, now decorated with an exquisite panel of tiles painted by the famous Portuguese painter, Luís Pinto Coelho.

Damage Deposit
A damage deposit is charged upon check-in. The damage deposit fee varies according to the property and is stated in the property’s description. Guests must leave their credit card information in the Pre-Check-In form or a cash deposit upon arrival for the damage deposit fee. If payment was made in cash, the money is refunded at check-out after proper property inspection. If there are any damages to the property, GEM SERVICED ACCOMMODATION reserves the right to deduct any required amount for repairing costs. Receipts will be sent to guests as proof of the repair, and GEM SERVICED ACCOMMODATION will refund any difference.
Note: This does not apply to Airbnb since it is already included in the total amount of the reservation.
