The apartment is a fantastic 3-bedroom with 170 m2 prepared to accommodate up to 6 people, consisting of a beautiful living and dining room with an unpretentious but tasteful décor, where the warm tones of wooden details bring out its best.
The rooms are spacious and get plenty of natural light. Access to the three bedrooms is made through a hall that crosses the entire house. One of the three bedrooms has an en suite bathroom, whereas a second bathroom is located outside the bedrooms to serve all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, so don’t hesitate to prepare your meals at home — though it will be difficult, given the wide range of lovely restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Damage Deposit
A damage deposit is charged upon check-in. The damage deposit fee varies according to the property and is stated in the property’s description. Guests must leave their credit card information in the Pre-Check-In form or a cash deposit upon arrival for the damage deposit fee. If payment was made in cash, the money is refunded at check-out after proper property inspection. If there are any damages to the property, GEM SERVICED ACCOMMODATION reserves the right to deduct any required amount for repairing costs. Receipts will be sent to guests as proof of the repair, and GEM SERVICED ACCOMMODATION will refund any difference.
Note: This does not apply to Airbnb since it is already included in the total amount of the reservation.

The flat is just as the pictures and is walking distance from a lot of nice restaurants and places of attraction. The place was itself really clean and even had hand sanitisers in place. The flat is really spacious and has a large living room to chill and hang out everyday. We had a great time in Lisbon there!

The hosts are very accessible and helpful- communication and keeping me updated was of the highest quality. If this wasn’t enough, the location is spot on. I cannot recommend enough. Have no doubts about this accommodation- it is a must book!
