General Information

Check-In

• Standard check-in time — Between 3 PM and 8 PM
• Check-in between 8 PM and 12 PM, Sundays and Bank Holidays — extra 30 € fee (paid to the Welcome Agent)
• Late check-in between 12 PM and 2 AM — extra 50 € fee
• Early check-in — upon request with additional cost (if possible)

Check-Out

• Standard check-out time — 11 AM
• Late check-out — always on request with additional cost (if possible)

Damage Deposit

Guests pay a damage deposit upon check-in. The amount varies by property and is stated in the listing. Guests provide credit card details via the Pre-Check-In form or may pay a cash deposit upon arrival. If paid in cash, the amount is refunded at check-out after inspection.

If damages occur, GEM Serviced Accommodation deducts repair costs, provides receipts, and refunds any difference.

Note: This does not apply to Airbnb bookings, where the deposit is already included.
