Refurbished in 2019, this master deco gem in Graça is modern, clean, and minimalist. The living room and kitchen are an open space concept, with plenty of light coming through the large windows overlooking the city’s warm-toned rooftops — which makes it a fantastic viewpoint.
The apartment has three bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. The interior balcony facing the front of the building makes the bedroom extra quiet, and the side table makes it an ideal place to grab breakfast. The details and paintings here and there were selected from local artists and designers, and the furniture offers all the comfort that guests deserve in this house. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available throughout the house.

Damage Deposit
A damage deposit is charged upon check-in. The damage deposit fee varies according to the property and is stated in the property’s description. Guests must leave their credit card information in the Pre-Check-In form or a cash deposit upon arrival for the damage deposit fee. If payment was made in cash, the money is refunded at check-out after proper property inspection. If there are any damages to the property, GEM SERVICED ACCOMMODATION reserves the right to deduct any required amount for repairing costs. Receipts will be sent to guests as proof of the repair, and GEM SERVICED ACCOMMODATION will refund any difference.
Note: This does not apply to Airbnb since it is already included in the total amount of the reservation.

Amazing location in a vibrant area of Lisbon. The apartment has an amazing view and was comfortable. Ac worked perfectly!
Show lessThe team were polite responsive and covered all queries, not just at check-in/out. The apartment looked as great as the pictures. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean with plenty of hot water and pressure for a family of 4. The breathtaking view over Lisbon the icing on the cake. Highly recommend.
Show lessAppartement très bien équipé, très confortable et deco moderne et chaleureuse. Environnement très calme. Bien situé même si sur une colline mais facile d'accès en tramway et surtout en vtc ( uber, prix dérisoires pour circuler ). Bcp de choses à voir alentour même à pied. En résumé, excellent choix. Et quelles vues, imprenable.
