This master deco gem luxury in Bica is the new project of the interior designer Benedita Seara and accommodates up to 6 people with style and all the comfort of a 5-star hotel while benefiting from the privilege of staying in the historic Bica neighbourhood.

The apartment is a magnificent 3-bedroom dwelling with large and generous areas, carefully decorated to bring out the best in all the guests that come its way, as well as one bathroom, a separate toilet room, and fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals if you choose to not go out and enjoy this stunning apartment. General Information

Check-In:

Standard check-in time — Between 2 PM and 7 PM
Check-in after 8 PM, Sundays and Bank Holidays — extra 30 € fee to be paid to the Welcome Agent
Late check-in between 12 AM and 2 AM — extra 50 € fee to be paid to the Welcome Agent
Early check-in — always upon request w/ additional cost (if possible)

Check-Out:

Standard check-out time — 11 AM
Late check-out – Always on request w/ additional cost (if possible).

Damage Deposit

A damage deposit is charged upon check-in. The damage deposit fee varies according to the property and is stated in the property’s description. Guests must leave their credit card information in the Pre-Check-In form or a cash deposit upon arrival for the damage deposit fee. If payment was made in cash, the money is refunded at check-out after proper property inspection. If there are any damages to the property, GEM SERVICED ACCOMMODATION reserves the right to deduct any required amount for repairing costs. Receipts will be sent to guests as proof of the repair, and GEM SERVICED ACCOMMODATION will refund any difference.

Note: This does not apply to Airbnb since it is already included in the total amount of the reservation.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is in a great part of town, with all the main attractions of the city close by. Check-in was fast and efficient with lots of local tips and guides with super speedy responses on Airbnb. Couldn't have asked for anything more! Thanks guys!

Very interesting place. Great location, great communication from hosts. Big apartment, decorated a bit “nouveau bordello” in a fun way. We had a great time in Lisbon, apartment just needs a little TLC for a 5 star rating.
