General Information

Check-In:

• Standard check-in time — Between 3 PM and 8 PM
• Check-in between 8 PM and 12 PM, Sundays and Bank Holidays — extra 30 € fee to be paid to the Welcome Agent
• Late check-in between 12 PM and 2 AM — extra 50 € fee to be paid to the Welcome Agent
• Early check-in — always upon request w/ additional cost (if possible)

Check-Out:

• Standard check-out time — 11 AM
• Late check-out – Always on request w/ additional cost (if possible).

Damage Deposit

A damage deposit is charged upon check-in. The damage deposit fee varies according to the property and is stated in the property’s description. Guests must leave their credit card information in the Pre-Check-In form or a cash deposit upon arrival for the damage deposit fee. If payment was made in cash, the money is refunded at check-out after proper property inspection. If there are any damages to the property, GEM SERVICED ACCOMMODATION reserves the right to deduct any required amount for repairing costs. Receipts will be sent to guests as proof of the repair, and GEM SERVICED ACCOMMODATION will refund any difference.

Note: This does not apply to Airbnb since it is already included in the total amount of the reservation.
